TLC Medical was founded by me, Lili Cruchelow, in 2005 with a desire to help hospitals find the best products clinically for their patients. I graduated from the University of IA with a Bachelors Degree in Nursing in 1998. 

Prior to attending nursing school, I worked as a Certified Nursing Assistant in a nursing home, then moved into hospital care and eventually found a love for the critical care units.  Critical care inspired me to continue with school and achieve my nursing degree.

During my time at the U of I, I found a second love for OBGYN care.  I completed a 4 month internship in the field of OBGYN and another in Surgical Intensive Care.  I was hired as a new graduate into a SICU.  

My years as an RN and CNA have transferred well into the sales arena.  I understand how products are used.  I understand the need to view clinical outcomes from multiple disciplines and also from a budgetary standpoint.
